About the Speaker
Thomas Pauling is Product Owner in the Digital Workplace team of Daimler Truck AG. In this role he is currently transforming the global telephony infrastructure including all related end-to-end processes. In addition to the office processes, these also include the considerably more complex scenarios within our global production sites. Here, Thomas Pauling can perfectly live out his passion for IT and digitalisation. The satisfaction of the end customer is especially close to his heart. He particularly likes the chance to help shape the digital workplace of Daimler Truck and bring it to the next level. Thomas Pauling started his professional career as Network Engineer at Computacenter after earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
