Sophia Tran

Sophia Tran is the founder and CEO of Spotlight!, supporting up-and-coming digital start-ups. Through her work as an investor, a state spokesperson for the Start-up Association and an advisory board member for the Young Digital Economy in North Rhine-Westphalia, she developed a thorough understanding of the needs of young companies and how successful start-ups are created. She is particularly committed to promoting more diversity in the European tech landscape. Sophia also travels the world to learn about new trends and innovations, speaks at international tech conferences and is known as a tech influencer on social networks, her blog and on TV (Galileo, Abenteuer Leben).
