About the Speaker

In 2019, Martin Hecker founded AmaliTech, a social business that trains young IT talent in Ghana and Rwanda and creates sustainable jobs in partnership with international clients. Previously, Martin led the Technology Advantage Practice in Central and Eastern Europe as a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and built an IT consulting firm in Latin America that is now one of the largest IT service providers in South and Central America.
