Stern magazine attested that he is a coach “who feels responsible for more than just the match plan”. A state of mind that Nagelsmann showed – among others - in his remarkable speech after the team's elimination from the European Championship. Julian Nagelsmann was coach at TSG Hoffenheim, RB Leipzig and Bayern Munich. Now 37 years old, he managed 315 competitive matches for the three Bundesliga clubs and was named Coach of the Year in 2017. Julian has been national coach of the German national team since September 2023.
