She is an expert in the automation and digitization of business processes as well as in the transformation of business models in the real estate industry. She has more than 18 years of professional experience in the industry in the areas of IT, law and digitalization. Prior to joining GARBE, she was Managing Director IT Services & Digital Transformation at CORPUS SIREO Real Estate GmbH / Swiss Life Asset Managers for many years. She implemented Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, DocuSign and Salesforce to a total of three companies, launched an M&A project to sell the company to a major Swiss corporation, introduced various applications (including ERP systems such as SAP) and transformed IT infrastructures with 100% ICT outsourcing contracts including support for the T&T phases. In 2017, she and her team received the Focus Money award “Digital Champion – Company with a Future”. In 2022 she was one of the top 25 decision-makers in the real estate industry and took 1st place in the Innovation category and was awarded “Innovator of the Year 2022” at the end of September 2022 (The Top 25 decision-makers in the real estate industry (immobilienmanager.de).
