Sören Förster

Sören Förster is responsible for managing an international, DEX-oriented Digital Workplace portfolio at STRABAG as Senior Function Lead. He has extensive experience in leading Product Owners and Application Managers. Sören manages complex IT and digitalization projects, combining hybrid, agile, and conventional methods. Thanks to his previous role as a Key Account Executive, he has a deep understanding of the interfaces between technology, management, and customer service. Openness and a structured, goal-oriented approach are central principles for him.
