Ragy Thomas is the founder and co-CEO of Sprinklr, a leading enterprise software company for all customer-facing functions. Ragy founded the company in 2009 and took it public in 2021. As a technology visionary, entrepreneur and investor, Ragy has played a crucial role in the development of the customer experience category for the enterprise. Prior to founding Sprinklr, he was President of Epsilon's Interactive Services from 2006 to 2008 and CTO of Bigfoot Interactive, a leading email marketing company that Epsilon acquired in 2005. Ragy received his M.B.A. from New York University and his engineering degree from Pondicherry University in India.
