Prof. Heiko von der Gracht is one of Germany’s leading experts on futures research. In a prior ranking of business economists, Handelsblatt ranked him among the top 100 most productive research scientists in the German-speaking world. As Department Head, Portfolio Management & Digital Delivery, he is actively shaping the digital transformation of KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. Prior to this mission, he worked for KPMG in various leadership positions, including as Head of Think Tank for Futures Management. Through his professorship for futures studies at Steinbeis University, he actively promotes the transfer of research into corporate practice with a focus on New Work, metaverse, and technology and experience management.
