Prof. Dr. Antonio Krüger

Antonio Krüger is CEO and scientific director of the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) and head of the “Cognitive Assistants” department. He is a professor ordinarius of Computer Science at Saarland University (since 2009), where he leads the Ubiquitous Media Technology Lab, next to directing the Innovative Retail Laboratory (IRL) at DFKI. Antonio is an internationally renowned expert in Human-Machine Interaction and Artificial Intelligence. He established the Media Informatics program at Saarland University and co-founded Eyeled GmbH. He has published over 200 scientific articles and serves on various steering committees, editorial boards, and advisory committees.
