Marina Kuttig is Vice President Junior Staff Development at Telekom. She is responsible for training for the entire Group, from recruitment to hiring. With an expected total of over 5,400 trainees and dual students in the 2024/2025 training year, the Group is one of the largest training providers in Germany. As a "GenZ optimist", she is a passionate advocate for the younger generation and focuses on the unique strengths and prospects of GenZ. Through internal and external presentations, she has made it her mission to bridge the gap between generations and promote a deeper understanding of the dynamics and needs of the newest workforce.
