Justus Lauten is a computer scientist and founder of Foodforecast Technologies. Together with fellow students at RWTH Aachen University, he developed an artificial intelligence system that provides accurate demand forecasts for the food industry. Foodforecast Technologies is already his second impact start-up, because sustainability plays an important role for him.
