Dr Yilmaz Alan is a Partner at Ernst & Young (EY) working in the company’s Consulting division. He assists clients in the technology, automotive, retail and public service industries in defining and implementing technology strategies. Over the past 15 years he has conducted assessments of innovations and their introduction in complex organisations for his clients. His consulting scope ranges from strategic target definition through to operational transformation. Dr Yilman Alan studied economics in Essen and subsequently earned a PhD with a dissertation on the formal modelling of companies. He is a member of industry and research committees and the author of several publications on issues related to artificial intelligence and strategic IT management.
