About the speaker
Florian initiated and supported numerous innovation and transformation projects - from the introduction of autonomous robots (AGVs) and AI-based tools to the optimization of high-volume logistics processes with significant efficiency and quality improvements. Prior to his current role at Fiege, he managed Wayfair's German warehouse location, where he implemented innovative automation solutions. Florian also held various positions within the Lufthansa Group, including in the Network Intelligence department, as Executive Assistant to the Executive Board and as Operation Manager of the largest Eurowings location in Düsseldorf. He later gained management experience at Ryanair - with regional responsibility for Northern and Eastern Europe. As co-founder of the start-up seatNow, he developed an AI-supported boarding system for airlines.
