About the Speaker
Sven Weizenegger heads the Cyber Innovation Hub of the Bundeswehr since 2020. It’s known as the "do tank" of the German armed forces. In his role, he acts as chief transformer and mediator between the civilian and military system and pursues a clear goal: to prepare the Bundeswehr through digital excellence and technological sovereignty for its mission of national and alliance defense. Under the leadership of Sven, the CIHBw digital innovation unit stands for transformation to the public sector and serves as a model for comparable units in other federal ministries and authorities.
