Sanja Scheuer

Sanja is Chief People Officer (CPO) at the Serviceplan Group. Prior to that, she held various HR positions at Siemens, Siemens Healthineers, Accenture and a staffing consultancy. She has a degree in psychology. In her role as CPO at Serviceplan, Sanja shapes the HR and culture agenda and drives initiatives/change across the organization to contribute to Serviceplan's business success. She believes in the special energy that arises when creative and forward-thinking people work together to create unique employee experiences and valuable organizational experiences.
