Prof. Dr. Mike Friedrichsen

Prof. Dr Mike Friedrichsen is a pioneer of digitalization, who already founded internet and e-commerce companies in the early 1990s. He was a full professor at various state universities and colleges for over 25 years. Since 2023, he is the founding president and CEO of the fully virtual “German University of Digital Science”. In addition to his academic activities, he has always been active as an entrepreneur, including as the founder of various start-ups. Mike is active in the non-profit sector on a voluntary basis (including setting up the German UDS Foundation). He is also the author of numerous books and specialist articles (nationally and internationally) and gives keynote speeches and lectures worldwide.
