About the Speaker
Mina Saidze is a multi-award-winning founder, data expert, publicist and one of the best-known faces of the digital scene in this country. She grew up in Hamburg as the daughter of political activists from Afghanistan and works in the field of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence for high-tech start-ups and corporations. In October 2023, her non-fiction book "FairTech: Rethinking Digitisation for a Just Society" will be published by Bastei Lübbe which can already be pre-ordered now. With Inclusive Tech, she founded Europe's first consulting and lobbying organisation for diversity in tech and AI ethics. The US magazine Forbes placed her on the "30 under 30" list 2021. Furthermore, she has been recognized as LinkedIn Top Voice twice - in the categories "Tech & Innovation" and "Diversity".
