Heidrun Twesten

Heidrun Twesten is an entrepreneur and has been CEO at Impacct GmbH since 2002. She supports organisations and companies in all stages from start-up to blue-chip as an executive advisor on capital market topics as well as in transformation processes and is a Designing Your Life Certified Coach (Stanford). As a business angel and mentor, she assists numerous national and international start-ups, accelerators and mentoring programmes. Heidrun Twesten is co-host of the German Podcast EQUALIZER – DER Gründerinnen-Podcast and co-author of Das Gründerinnen-Handbuch (Springer Gabler 2022). She has been active in the start-up ecosystem for over 20 years and has accompanied numerous companies to the stock exchange. As a board member, she was instrumental in building and scaling one of Germany’s leading investor relations agencies.
