Digitalization is Hagen Rickmann's passion. He is Managing Director Business Customers at Telekom Deutschland GmbH since 2015 and has been patron of DIGITAL X since its very beginning. He is especially focused on the digital transformation of German SMEs. 

Since joining the company in 2009, Rickmann has held various management positions within the Group. Before that, he worked in a management consultancy, moved to an IT service provider as CFO in 2000 and joined EDS two years later as Managing Director IT, where he was responsible for consulting services for Northern and Central Europe as a member of the Executive Board.
