Dr. Oliver Grün

Oliver Grün, born in 1969, is the founder and majority shareholder of the GRÜN Group as well as President of the Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand e.V. and President of the IT-Mittelstand-Europaverband "European DIGITAL SME Alliance". In his scientific career based on the principle of lifelong learning, Oliver first completed his degree in engineering in 2001, then obtained two doctorates in the field of business informatics and is the author of several publications. He founded his current IT company, the GRÜN Group, back in 1989, which now employs around 430 people in 18 companies. Oliver is also co-founder of the charitable donation platform betterplace.org, now Germany's largest donation portal on the Internet.
